Renovate
- Homeowners create their own Scope of Work (SOW) and Krew delivers the labor to complete it
- Customer selects all Finishes, Fixtures & Equipment (FF+E)
- Krew uses the provided SOW to generate a project budget and renovation plan
- Includes a review and consultation to confirm all project details before construction
- Optional: Krew can be retained to help finalize an incomplete SOW
Design + Renovate
- Enter into a consulting agreement with our design team to create your SOW
- We coordinate with any necessary specialists (Architect, Structural Engineer, etc.)
- Our design team works with you to select all FF+E items
- At the end of the design phase, you receive:
- Finalized SOW
- FF+E budget allocations
- Overall project cost estimate
- Once approved, our team completes the construction as outlined
Maintain
- Annual Home Maintenance Membership Agreement
- Annual maintenance fee is credited toward labor costs for maintenance jobs performed during the year
- Priority access to Krew’s home maintenance professionals year-round
- Coverage includes: drywall repairs, paint touch-ups, gutter cleaning, window washing, and more
