Wade Nedved and his team have done a great job remodeling our bathrooms. It was a complicated job and process. They worked with us to completely update our bathrooms that was consistent with the style of the rest of the home. Their design firm was outstanding! They spent a lot of time with us selecting all the elements that were necessary for the remodel and were very collaborative with us on each piece. Several times, they ordered multiple items to select from – e.g. several types of mirrors. They understood our vision and were a pleasure to work with.

Wade was very thorough with the budgeting, and they stayed within the parameters that were first set out. There were a couple of surprises with the plumbing that were not too large, and they allowed for some contingency funds built in just for those kinds of things. We have to say the plumbing team was especially great. If you can call plumbers artists, they were. Very professional and they went above and beyond with their work, several times.

The timeline for the remodel expanded beyond what we all predicted. But that was not unexpected. They made adjustments around the holidays to account for guests staying here. Since we were remodeling three bathrooms, we put off work on two of them for a couple weeks so we would still have functional baths during that time. The whole team was very accommodating during that stretch.

Overall, we would highly recommend Wade Nedved and his team. They have an impressive track record on our very complicated project.

We are very happy with the results. All of our friends and family are very impressed with the beautiful work that was done. Our daughter says she has “bathroom envy”.
